During their most recent Nintendo Direct presentation, Nintendo of America President Reggie Fils-Aime announced that gamers across the United States would be able to experience the games members of the press were playing on the E3 show floor. Today, Nintendo sent a press release around containing the Best Buy locations that will play host to these software showcases.
Here, from the release, is how this potential public hands-on time will work:
Demos of the games will be playable at 110 Best Buy locations, including 89 in the United States and 21 in Canada. The games will be playable 4-8 p.m. local time on Wednesday, June 12, and 1-5 p.m. local time on Saturday, June 15.
The press and the public will watch one of the E3 Nintendo Direct presentations on Tuesday, June 11th in the morning. Then the press will have a chance to play the games shown off. The following day, June 12th, will see these Best Buy’s open up their own demo stations where the public can get in on the action.
