When Google first released the Nexus 5 after months of hype both 16GB models quickly sold out on the Play Store. The site’s stock was soon replenished, but it looks like the 16GB black Nexus 5 is out of stock for a second time, while all other models are still available through Google Play.

There’s no word on when the cheaper black Nexus 5 will be available through Google Play again, though it could be as soon as a few days or longer than a month from now. In the meantime, the device is still being sold by Sprint, Amazon and Best Buy. You can also pick up the 32GB model in black or white with an estimated wait time of 2-3 weeks, and the white 16GB Nexus 5 is also still available, though it won’t ship for 4-5 weeks.

The Nexus 5 comes equipped with a 4.95-inch 1920 x 1080p display at 445 ppi, a quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor, an 8-megapixel rear camera, a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera, a 2300mAh battery and runs stock Android 4.4 KitKat OS. We seriously love this phone. Check out our full review here.
