It's been a long time coming for the upcoming film, which has gone through its fair share of production woes over the last few years. Today's announcement was accompanied by a short video that features Craig looking at the camera before the official title is shown.
In addition to an official title, a new synopsis for the film has been revealed:
In No Time To Die, Bond has left active service and is enjoying a tranquil life in Jamaica. His peace is short-lived when his old friend Felix Leiter from the CIA turns up asking for help. The mission to rescue a kidnapped scientist turns out to be far more treacherous than expected, leading Bond onto the trail of a mysterious villain armed with dangerous new technology.
Apparently, the villain is being played by Rami Malek. Other actors set to star in No Time to Die include Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Lashana Lynch, Billy Magnussen, and Ana de Armas, among others.
