As I type up this post, Atlus of Japan is still rolling on with their 30 hour livestream event. Over the course of the show, they offered a Persona Super Live Concert. When that concert ended, they debuted a brand new trailer for Persona 5.

That trailer sits at the head of this story. It comes in Japanese, but we'll be sure to post the English version once that drops.

The clip shows a bunch of animation, some in-game menus, some new characters and even some actual gameplay. Man, that cover dash looks awesome, and I'm really curious about how it'll work in motion once I'm actually moving through some dungeons.

I absolutely adored my second play through of Persona 4 with Persona 4 Golden on the PS Vita. I liked the game the first time around, but I really connected with it over the second. I can't wait to dive into a new experience with a new set of characters and a whole bevy of fresh Personas.

This game looks good, folks.

Persona 5 will hit both the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 in Japan and North America by the end of this year. At least, that's the current projection. We'll have more on the game as it comes.
