Last month, an upgraded Moto Hint popped up at Best Buy with a few nice upgrades. Now it looks like the new and improved Bluetooth earpiece is official after hitting Motorola’s online store.

The biggest improvement to the Moto Hint is battery life, and the new model should last 70 percent longer than its predecessor. Motorola says you should get 17 hours of total talk time thanks to an upgraded charging case, though it’s unclear if the earpiece itself gets a bigger battery too.

The overall design has also been improved to fit better in your ear. It should feel more comfortable as a result of that tweak. You’ll also get louder and clearer audio when you use it.

The new Moto Hint is available now from Motorola for $129.99. That’s $20 less than the original model, though the company dropped the price of its first Bluetooth earpiece to $99.99 for a limited time earlier this summer.

At this point it looks like the updated Moto Hint is your only option, at least if you’re buying straight from Motorola. Either way, it’s probably worth paying a little extra for an overall better experience.
