Netflix is expanding to six more European countries by the end of the year as it aims for global domination of the TV streaming landscape.
By the end of the year Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg and Switzerland will be able to turn on a stream and watch House of Cards or Orange is the New Black thanks to the upcoming Netflix territory expansion. The service will also carry U.S. films and television programming in addition to local programming for each region.
This newest expansion will almost double the number of European countries Netflix has entered, and one has to imagine that more are on the way.
