It looks like Nest is gearing up to announce a new camera at next week’s event. An FCC filing, via 9to5Google, points to a new wireless camera, likely under the Dropcam umbrella (a company Google acquired about a year ago).

Not many details are revealed, though a general description of the specs reveals what frequencies the unannounced device will support. You can see the chart that was revealed in the filing below.

How it’ll differ from existing Dropcam products, if indeed that is what this announcement will focus on, remains to be seen. No pictures of the product are revealed in the filing, though there is one image that suggests the device will have a circular base, just like Dropcam products do now. It’s just an example of where the FCC logo will sit on the bottom of the camera, however.

It’s a possibility this new wireless camera will play nice with Project Brillo, which Google announced at I/O last month. We’ll find out more on June 17.
