According to the Sleep Health Foundation, around 1 in 3 people suffers from mild insomnia, a condition in which a person finds it difficult to fall or stay asleep. In lieu of counting sheep, two Spanish entrepreneurs have put together a new service aimed at addressing this ailment.

Know as Napflix, the service's gambit is that its videos are so boring people won't be able to help but nod off. Videos include college lectures, a ski jumping tournament, baseball games, and a complete walkthrough of Super Mario World.

On Napflix's "About" page, the service's purpose is explained.

We all know the feeling of insomnia. Your body wants to sleep but your mind is still awake and active. So how can we steady up our mind?

Napflix is a video platform where you can find the most silent and sleepy content selection to relax your brain and easily fall asleep.

Taking siesta to the next level.

Adds new meaning to Netflix and chill

Napflix isn't so much a service as it is a place where subjectively boring YouTube videos are collected. One video under the "videogames" category called "The Walking Chicken" shows a chicken from Minecraft walking for an entire hour.

Whether Napflix will actually help people combat insomnia remains to be seen. But watching 30 minutes of Truck Simulator will likely put anyone to sleep.
