Motorola xfon verizon xt1060

Motorola's XT1058 "XFON" smartphone is expected to hit the market for AT&T in the near future, but until recently Verizon subscribers had little reason to believe that Google's new smartphone would land on their network of choice.

However, according to a new leak found on Motorola USB drives and posted by Droid-Life, the "XFON" may also be available with a Verizon contract as the Motorola XT1060 (though that's just the codename for now). The smartphone will reportedly feature a Snapdragon S4 Pro dual-core processor currently labeled "MSM8960CDMA," a version of which is also expected to launch in the XT1058. The "CDMA" part of that label suggests that the phone will hit either Sprint, Verizon, or both carriers, though Verizon typically carries the phone maker's high-end smartphones.

Droid-Life also posted a clip from the leaked Motorola .ini file:

MSM8960UMTS = mb886,xt923,xt925,xt905,201m,xt1058 IMC6260UMTS = xt890

So basically, AT&T, Verizon and maybe even Sprint subscribers should all be getting their hands on the Motorola "XFON" pretty soon, and the new smartphone should have similar specs across the board.
