The Moto 360 is easily the most exciting Android Wear device, and we really enjoyed our brief time with a demo unit at Google I/O this week. Unfortunately, the device isn’t slated to come out until later this summer, but Motorola is keeping the excitement up by releasing an official demo video of its own. As expected, the device looks very slick, and much more appealing than the Gear Live and LG G Watch (though those are still exciting in their own right).
Motorola’s Cathay Bi goes through a casual tour of what Android Wear has to offer—pretty much what we already knew, and what Google showed off on stage yesterday (albeit on the G Watch). The hardware looks as good as ever in the demo, with stainless steel and a leather wristband to more closely match more traditional timepieces. It looks phenomenal, and as we found out during our own hands-on yesterday, it looks even better in real life.
The G Watch and Gear Live are scheduled to hit next month, but we still don’t know when the Moto 360 will be available; Google merely said we can expect it to hit “later this summer.” For a deeper dive at what the Moto 360 looks like in action, check out the video above, and don’t forget to catch up on all the news out of Google I/O.
