Specs for Motorola's next Droid have leaked out, showing a Droid 4 that in many ways resembles the Droid Razr – adding a keyboard.

Droid-Life got its hands on a spec sheet for the handset, which if accurate indicates that we'll see a phone with a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 4-inch qHD screen, 16GB of built-in storage, microSD expansion, and an 8-megapixel camera with 1080p video recording capabilities.

Droid-Life has also learned that training for the handset has officially begun, with a release date for the LTE slider expected to come in early December.

What do you think? Is the Droid 4 lust-worthy?
