The Moto X is finally official, and we had a chance to compare it to the HTC One. While both devices sport 4.7-inch screens, the Moto X has a wider display that isn’t as skinny as the HTC One screen. It also has a 720p resolution instead of a 1080p resolution on the HTC One. That said, both are super easy to control with a single hand.

We love the aluminum unibody design of the HTC One, but if you like customization then you might prefer the Moto X. You can choose between different colored back plates, different colored accents, add a custom etching into the phone and much more. Both devices cost the same, though the One has a more powerful Snapdragon 600 processor compared to the dual-core Snapdragon S4 Pro in the Moto X.

We’ll be bringing you a full review in the coming days. Check out our quick size comparison video and gallery in the meantime.
