Motorola's Moto G series will be upgraded next year, but you don't have to wait any longer to see what the lineup offers.
In a new leak, Droid Shout revealed what the latest mid-range devices should look like when announced in 2019. The lineup, which appears to include four models, will carry edge-to-edge screens. Each of them has a notch, but they're split between the elongated shape and the waterdrop shape. Needless to say, it adds a high-end, modern touch to these non-flagships.
The foursome doesn't surprise with its names. Motorola intends on rolling out the Moto G7, Moto G7 Plus, Moto G7 Power, and Moto G7 Plus. All of these suffixes were used in the past.
Around the back, you'll notice dual-camera setups are standard. Some position the lenses vertically, others horizontally. Dual-LED flash, however, isn't shared between them. From the photos, it seems like the Moto G7 and the Moto G7 Plus are likely the top-of-the-line models.

These mid-range devices will be sold in white, red, blue, and gold. It's unclear which colors will apply to each model, so don't expect them to be standard throughout Motorola's lineup. Typically, Motorola issues two or three colors for a single model. Maybe that'll be different in 2019, though.
MWC 2019 should be where the Moto G7 series goes official. Motorola didn't put anything on the calendar yet, but it's pulled up to the trade show in late February with mid-range devices before.
