Moto G7 Power and G7 Play pre-orders are live

Motorola on Friday announced that pre-orders for the G7 Power is now live. The new device offers fantastic value in the mid-range market, providing users with a beautiful design and respectable specs for the price.

The G7 Power features a 5,000mAh battery that Motorola claims can last up to three days on a single charge, and a price that starts at $249.

Motorola will also soon offer the G7 Play, which is a little more affordable at $199 and offers a 3,000mAh battery, 13MP camera, and 2GB of memory.

If you're not interested in more expensive devices like the Galaxy S10, then Motorola's latest phones are a fantastic option.

Moto G7 Power and G7 Play pre-orders go live soon

Motorola's impressive G series is expanding later this month with the G7 Play and G7 Power.

First up is the Moto G7 Power, which will go on pre-sale beginning March 15 and become available March 22 at U.S. retailers, including Amazon, Best Buy, and B&H Photo. Starting at $249, it offers a 5,000mAh battery that can last up to three days on a single charge, according to Motorola. It also comes with a 12MP camera with f/2.0 and 3GB of memory.

The Moto G7 Play will be available a little later, with pre-sales opening March 29 before it becomes available for purchase April 5. The G7 Play will start at $199, and will be available through Amazon. It comes with a 5.7-inch LCD HD+ display, 2GB of memory, a 3,000mAh battery and 13MP camera.

Both models come with a Snapdragon 632 processor 1.8GHz octa-core processor, 32GB of storage, rear fingerprint readers, and will be running Android 9 Pie out of the box.

The two new models follow the release of the Moto G7 and G7 Plus earlier this year. The impressive device was Motorola's follow-up to the G6, the immensely popular mid-tier device that offers a fantastic phone at a fraction of the the cost. The G7 and its various new models continue to do the same.
