The Moto G (2015) has been leaking a lot recently. We’ve seen alleged photos of the device and high-quality renders. Now one tech blogger has even gotten his hands on the upcoming smartphone.
NoWhereElse editor Steve Hemmerstoffer shared a hands-on image of the Moto G (2015) on Wednesday morning. The new photo is pretty dark, and you can’t see many distinct features. Still, it offers a sense of how big the device will be.
Based on previous leaks we’re expecting the new Moto G to feature a 5-inch 720p display. It may also pack a Snapdragon 410 processor, a 13-megapixel rear camera, a 5-megapixel front-facing camera, 2GB of RAM and 8GB of storage. Rumor has it the device is also headed to Moto Maker, bringing tons of customization options to the mid-range handset.
The Moto G (2015) is looking like a pretty sweet budget smartphone. Once the device finally launches, it should be a strong contender in the sub-flagship market. Of course we’re also expecting a new Moto X from Motorola sometime this summer, but for now the high-end handset is still more of a mystery.
