Motorola plans to announce a slew of new phones this week, but most of them have leaked multiple times already. It's largely been the Moto G6 family we've seen popping up unofficially. While the Moto E5 family is also expected to debut as MWC 2018 in Barcelona, it hasn't quite received an equal amount of attention.

The Moto E5 appeared online last month, and now mobile industry insider Evan Blass is revealing the Moto E5 Plus for the world to see.

Here the phone looks like it carries some more premium features, though the exact specifications are going to stay on the mid-range or low-end side. Motorola appears to have implemented 18:9 aspect ratio for the display as the top and bottom bezels seem a bit thin. Also, around the back, there's a single-camera setup with a fingerprint scanner integrated into the Motorola logo below.

Specs remain up in the air, but Motorola does plan on making things official pretty soon. So there won't be a long wait to find out what the Moto G6 and Moto E5 families are all about.
