Here we go. A new gameplay trailer for Mirror’s Edge Catalyst from gamescom 2015. EA had a little presser at the conference, and this is one of many trailers they shared.
The game looks really, really good, doesn’t it? The clip features five minutes of gameplay as Faith traverses the open world en route to a new mission. She’s told to avoid any fights, but we all know that’s not going to happen.
The whole thing is five minutes in length. If you haven’t already watched it, stop reading my silly words and dig in.
It’s a good thing the architect designed these buildings with parkour in mind, am I right? How else would faith get around like this in a flat space without any crazy stuff to grab a hold of?
I kid. The game looks fantastic, and it’s not too far off. Mirror’s Edge Catalyst will launch for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC platforms on February 23, 2016. We’ll have more on the game as it comes, so stay tuned.
