Microsoft's Surface with Windows 8 Pro went on sale earlier this month, but supply quickly diminished and it was unclear when a fresh batch of tablets would arrive. Now, Microsoft Store locations have a replenished supply of the Surface Pro, and you may want to act quick if you want to get your hands on one.

CNET confirmed that the 128GB model was available in "limited quantities" from Microsoft Locations in California, Massachusetts and New York, but that it wasn't available in several other locations.

We're not sure if this is good news or bad news for Microsoft. On one hand, it looks like the tablet is incredibly popular. On the other, it seems like Microsoft has a terrible supply issue. Can it not manage to build enough units in time to satisfy demand? If that's the case, then it's going to have to find new suppliers or work out other kinks in order to boost production rates. It seems silly that the company is putting so much effort behind the product if it can't get it into consumer hands.
