Over on NeoGAF, the same user who leaked the very existence of Marvel vs Capcom: Infinite is now back with another leak, one that supposedly reveals the full roster of fighters. According to poster Ryce, the rumored list contains 28 fighters and 6 DLC fighters planned for future release.
The most obvious omission is the X-Men, which are obviously all caught up in the same legal barriers that the films find themselves in as well.

The day Firebrand shares a stage with Captain America
Excuse me while I geek out for a minute, but Firebrand once again gets to share the stage with Captain America, Iron Man, and the A-listers of our current pop-culture atmosphere. It’s not his first appearance in a Marvel vs Capcom game, but it is his first appearance since Marvel became the beast that it has become.
Firebrand, Capcom’s underdog hero from underrated masterpieces like Gargoyle’s Quest and Demon’s Crest, will finally get some mainstream exposure over two decades after he last starred in his own game. And not just Firebrand, can you imagine how many kids are going to be exposed to these Capcom characters for the first time thanks to the connection with MCU? Mega Man, Arthur, Morrigan, Strider Hiryuu…
Seriously, Capcom couldn’t find a better way to get its classic faces out to the public. Good for you guys.
