Apple unveiled updated versions of the MacBook Pro with Retina Display today in 13 and 15-inch model varieties, adding improved processors and increasing the battery life.

The 13-inch model is powered by a 4th generation dual-core Intel Haswell chip, weighs just 3.46 pounds and offers up to 9 hours of battery life. It’s also thinner and features 90 percent faster graphics. WiFi and Flash have also been improved. The 13-inch MacBook Pro will cost $1299, down from $1499, and ships today.

The 15-inch MacBook Pro comes with a GeForce GT 750M GPU and offers eight hours of battery life. It comes equipped with 8GB of RAM and ships with OS X Mavericks and starts at just $1999. The 15-inch laptop is also available starting today.
