The LG V30 is one of the most hotly anticipated phones of the year, and thanks to some new cases, it appears we may have a good look at what to expect once it's announced on Aug. 31.

MobileFun has launched new cases for the LG V30 on both its U.S. and U.K. sites that the company say are the first real looks at the device. There are only two images so far, and both show the device from the rear, but it gives us a good look at the colors we can expect as well as the placement of the fingerprint scanner.

As to what we're expecting to find inside, rumors have indicated that the LG V30 will include Qualcomm's Snapdragon 835 processor, a 6.2-inch edge-to-edge display with 18:9 aspect ratio, up to 6GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage, dual 13-megapixel rear-facing cameras, an 8-megapixel front-facing camera, and a 3200mAh removable battery.

We'll find out how accurate all this information come Aug. 31, but judging by these images and the rumored specs, this is going to be one awesome phone. In the meantime, check out some concept renders from around the web below.
