You were probably already looking forward to LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham, but just in case you weren’t, here are three more reasons: Arrow, Kevin Smith, and Conan O’Brien.

At New York Comic Con, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment announced three new cast members heading to the latest game in the LEGO Batman series.

The first is the TV version of Green Arrow, titled simply Arrow. Complete with hood and carefully crafted stubble, the one they call “the hood” will be voiced by Arrow actor Stephen Amell.

Director, actor and podcaster Kevin Smith will also be joining the cast as himself. That’s right, you can live out your lifelong dream of playing as Kevin Smith in a game. Smith has written comics starring both Batman and Green Arrow on multiple occasions in addition to having a reality television show about his comic book shop.

Finally, Conan O’Brien is the strangest (and possibly best) addition. From the trailer it looks like his famous string dance is intact along with some of the biggest hair in the series.

In addition to these characters, Warner Bros. has released screenshots of other characters joining the cast, like Deadshot, Man Bat, and Deathstroke. Also joining is comic artist Jim Lee.

Some of these non-comic characters are likely a result of the response of fans to the appearance of Stan Lee in the LEGO Marvel titles, so we can likely look forward to the appearance of more geek icons in LEGO games.
