Why wait for manufacturers to roll out Android updates when you can just take to the Internet for developer leaks? A fresh build (I9100XXLPB) of Ice Cream Sandwich has been set free for the Samsung Galaxy S II (international version), with a nice video demonstration to boot.

Out earlier this week on January 29, the latest build demonstrates how Samsung plans to marry Android 4.0.3 with TouchWiz. Phandroid reports that the latest leak is more stable than the previous version (I9100XXLP6), although it's still in testing phases. Still, because of its stability, it looks like Samsung will hit its estimated Q1 target to unleash Ice Cream Sandwich on Galaxy S II owners.
