When the Jumanji reboot was released in 2017, many people came away more impressed than expected. If the newest trailer for Jumanji: The Next Level is anything to go by, the upcoming sequel is going to be even better.
Arriving in December, the first trailer for Jumanji: The Next Level sees the cast from 2017's sequel returning for another adventure. Only, this time, there are new players involved, including Danny DeVito and Danny Glover.
In Jumanji: The Next Level, the gang is back but the game has changed. As they return to Jumanji to rescue one of their own, they discover that nothing is as they expect. The players will have to brave parts unknown and unexplored, from the arid deserts to the snow mountains, in order to escape the world's most dangerous game.
There's a twist this time, which you should really watch in the trailer above. It plays out better than what we saw in the first film, because of the stars involved. And, come on, who doesn't want to see The Rock channel his inner DeVito?
"Did I die and turn into some kind of a small muscular Boy Scout?" says Danny Glover's character, who is played by Kevin Hart.
The adventure looks bigger and more epic than in the first film, as the characters embark on an adventure to rescue one of their own.
