The best park of the Jurassic Park and Jurassic World movies isn't the dinosaurs. It's not Chris Pratt (one of Hollywood's top four Chrises). No, it's Dr. Ian Malcolm, portrayed by the utterly unique Jeff Goldblum. Now, it seems Goldblum will be lending his voice to the upcoming game Jurassic World Evolution, instantly making it one of our most-anticipated games of 2018.

Jurassic World Evolution, announced last summer, takes a step back from the dinos-in-your-face action of the Jurassic series and puts you into the seat of characters like John Hammond and Claire Dearing – those characters with big ideas and the hubris to imagine that they could run a park full of gigantic dinosaurs without it going wrong. You get to take on that ambition and try to deal with all the left turns such a venture takes – dinosaurs breaking out of cages, fighting, endangering visitors, eating park employees and so forth. It seems Goldblum will take on the role of narrator, guiding you as you learn how to run your dino park.

Jurassic World Evolution is in the works at Frontier Developments (Planet Coaster, Elite: Dangerous), and is set to release this summer. With the Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom hitting on June 22, this summer is going to be packed with giant reptiles.

And hey, Jeff Goldblum says the game gets 10 out of 10 Goldblums. What more endorsement could you want?
