Apple has begun shipments for the iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max and Apple Watch Series 4 ahead of their release on Friday, September 21.
Orders for the new devices opened up on September 14 at midnight, one week ahead of their release. Now that the date is only one day away, Apple has begun sending customers who ordered the devices a shipment confirmation via email. Users can also see their shipped items through the iOS Apple Store app.
Deliveries are scheduled throughout the day in UPS Standard Delivery. They should make it to their destination by the end of day.
Hype surrounding the new iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max is somewhat muted given the incremental upgrades. That, along with the announcement of an appealing iPhone XR that offers many of the same features in a much more affordable package, also played a role.
The Apple Watch Series 4, however, is one of the more anticipated products Apple has released in recent memory with early reviews universally praising the watch, its huge screen and the overall usability.
Once we get in the iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max and Apple Watch Series 4, we’ll provide a thorough review of everything that’s new with Apple’s new products.
