New images have hit the internet which shows off an iPhone 8 dummy unit next to the iPhone 7 Plus.
According to the report from 9to5Mac, the dummy unit is the latest look at what to expect from the iPhone 8. The device is expected to feature a 5.8-inch edge-to-edge display, all-glass design, and Touch ID embedded beneath the display.
Essentially, the dummy unit you see below combines all of the rumors we’ve heard over the last several months. Whether the images are an accurate representation of what Apple plans to unveil is unclear.
Considering the frequency of reports, however, chances are what we see above is pretty close to the real deal.
We recently got a glimpse of a screen protector that portrayed the iPhone 8 has having a nearly bezel-less screen. One thing the dummy unit doesn’t really give us a look at is how iOS 11 will look on Apple’s newest flagship. Luckily, we have renders to fill that gap.
In addition to a revamped design, the iPhone 8 is expected to feature wireless charging and a vertical dual-camera setup.
