More emoji are on the way to iOS devices.
Apple confirmed hundreds of new emoji ranging from lifestyle and food to faces and accessories will be available on iPhone and iPad when iOS 11.1 arrives in the coming weeks. All of them are adapted from the approved characters in Unicode 10, which is essentially the standard used by everyone to express themselves online. Users on macOS and watchOS will also gain access to them at a later time.
Apple says iOS 11.1 will be previewed by developers and public beta users next week. While you wait for iOS 11.1 to hit your iPhone or iPad, you can look at some of the new emoji in the gallery above.
