Although it hasn't yet been submitted to Apple for approval, Wi-Fi Sync hopes to remedy one user-demanded feature with some incredible potential. Once your iDevice has been paired with your Mac or PC for the first time, iTunes will recognize and display it as it would through a normal USB connection. The syncing process begins automatically over the air so long as you're presumably on the same WiFi network. Wi-FI Sync will reportedly work with iPod Touches, iPhones, and iPads. One feature seemingly absent is the ability to customize your data sync. At least this is a start, right? It'll be up to Apple to approve the app so I wouldn't go placing bets that we'll see this make it into the App Store anytime soon. What do you think? Will Apple give it the green light or will it face rejection? Leave your best guess in the comments.
