Earlier this week, we got a 15-second taste of HTC’s new marketing campaign, which stars Robert Downey Jr. as the Taiwanese smartphone-maker’s new spokesperson. Almost as soon as the clip was released, however, a full-length version leaked on YouTube.

HTC’s new campaign doesn’t appear to focus on the company’s newest smartphones, instead, it shows us funny possibilities for what the company’s name could stand for, including “Humongous Tinfoil Catamaran,” “Hipster Troll Carwash,” and even “Hold This Cat” before finally settling on the struggling company’s new motto, “Here’s to Change.”

It’s a fun ad, but we’re hoping HTC will start emphasizing its actual phones in future commercials and maybe take advantage of RDJ’s cool factor going forward. Also, in case you were wondering, HTC actually stands for High Tech Computer, though the company only goes by the shortened acronym these days.

Update: The full high-res clip is now public on HTC’s YouTube channel. We’ve embedded it after the gallery below.
