Rumor has it HTC could unveil its rumored One A9 “Aero” phone before the end of the month. Now an alleged benchmark for the device has surfaced, potentially revealing some key specs for the upcoming flagship handset.

This Geekbench benchmark has been floating around online for a few days. It lines up with earlier rumors, suggesting the HTC One A9 will pack MediaTek’s 10-core Helio X20 (listed here by its model number MT6797). The device also comes with 3864MB of RAM, which will likely be rounded up to 4GB at launch.

We’re also expecting the HTC One A9 to offer a 5.5-inch Quad HD display and a “groundbreaking” camera. One alleged image of the device suggested it could offer rounded edges and antenna bands similar to the iPhone 6, though that could have easily been a fake.

HTC is allegedly planning a big event for September 29 in Japan, where it could unveil the One A9. We may also get a look at a new Butterfly phone or even the company’s long-rumored Android Wear watch.
