HTC’s new mid-range hero, the One A9, has broken cover before. But the leak you see above all but confirms what the device will look like. Quick: what does it remind you of?

We’ve heard a lot about HTC’s upcoming phone over the past several weeks, though we’re still not quite sure when it’ll actually get announced. First we thought that would happen at the end of September, and then a new report said that isn’t going to happen. Whatever happens, the phone will allegedly be available in November, so don’t start holding your breath just yet.

According to Evleaks, the device will sport a Snapdragon 617 processor, 5-inch Full HD AMOLED display, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of expandable storage, 13-megapixel camera with optical image stabilization, 2150mAh battery, and a fingerprint sensor. That sounds like a pretty solid device to me, even if the chip inside isn’t the latest and greatest.

We should learn more about the One A9 very soon.
