HTC's Sprint EVO 4G LTE and AT&T One X have successfully made it through customs. The two phones were held up indefinitely following an investigation that made sure the phones did not infringe on Apple's patents. "HTC devices have been released, as they are in compliance with the ITC's ruling… future shipments should continue to enter the US," HTC said in a statement obtained by The Verge on Tuesday. The phones started to trickle through customs late last week and HTC says it's now confident that it will soon be able to "meet demand for [its] products."
