Yesterday Google launched a new Google Docs application for Android. The application allows you to edit documents from your Android phone or other Android-powered device, as well as share items you have stored withing Google Docs with the contacts you have in your phone from within the application.

Once super-cool feature of the application also lets you create documents from photos. For instance, you can take a picture of a contract you ave in front of you, and Google Docs can use optical character recognition to determine the text on the page, convert it to actual text, and create a document on your phone.

Have any of you downloaded Google Docs for Android from the Android Market yet? What do you think?
