Google Glass always seemed like a future promise we only saw demoed in videos, or worn during presentations. And while we're still trying to grasp the thought of tiny computers on our faces, Glass is most definitely a real thing, and real average people already have it in their homes. Brandon Allgood is one of those people, and he graciously took photos of what's inside the box for anyone who's waiting for their unit, or maybe can't afford the hefty $1,500 entrance fee.

The box is minimal, and comes with microUSB cable and charger, carrying pouch and attachable shade and clear lens. Only the essentials when Glass is the main course. The fact that Google's wearable technology is already making the rounds is incredibly exciting. Not only could Glass usher in a new frontier of technology, but it opens up the weird possibility of recording anything at anytime even easier.
