Google on Wednesday updated its standalone Camera app, introducing the ability to snap a picture while taking video. It’s a feature that exists in a lot of competing camera apps and is something Google needed to add. The app also features some minor UI polish, but otherwise the experience is largely unchanged. The other features, such as Lens Blur, are still in tact—you can check out how that feature works here.

Meanwhile, Google also updated its Wallet app, axing the Explore Offers feature while introducing the ability to switch between multiple Google accounts. Additionally, the app now alerts folks with shipping notifications, and also feature some minor UI tweaks.

The updates are noteworthy in that they certainly add to the experience. The new versions of both applications should be hitting shortly if they’re not available right this second. Google’s minor Camera and Wallet updates follow the search giant’s bigger Maps update, which was introduced yesterday.
