Samsung’s Galaxy S6 is likely due out in early 2015, perhaps right around the Mobile World Congress trade show in Barcelona in early March – at least if rumors suggesting Samsung wants to get it out sooner than later are true. We’ve heard varying reports noting that it might offer curved sides, but a new image suggests it might also look like a larger version of the Galaxy S5.

A very blurry image published by shows us what might very well be the Galaxy S6. It’s placed next to the two previous generation Galaxy S devices, including the Galaxy S5 and the Galaxy S4, and appears to borrow design language from both. You’ll notice that the notifications on its screen appear to be the new design offered in Android 5.0 Lollipop, and the device is taller than the Galaxy S5 though with similar bezels.

In another, even blurrier shot with obvious enhancements, it also appears that the back is made out of brushed metal, which lines up with recent rumors suggesting Samsung will add more of that material in its devices.

We don’t know the legitimacy of these photos just yet, though if Samsung is indeed going to launch the phone soon, it’s likely that we’ll start to see leaked parts crop up more and more as it enters manufacturing.
