Samsung announced this morning that the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge will be available for pre-order in the United States starting on Friday, March 27. The devices will then be available in stores beginning on April 10, as some rumors had suggested.

The Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge will only be available in black, white and gold in the United States for now, so the blue and green colors for both phones won’t be available here – at least not yet. AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon and U.S. Cellular will sell both devices with 32GB, 64GB and 128GB capacity options. Boost Mobile, Cricket and MetroPCS will only sell the Galaxy S6, Samsung said. The phones will also be sold through Amazon, Best Buy and other retail outlets.

Samsung didn’t reveal specific pricing for each handset model, but we suspect that information will be made available from the carriers shortly. You should also expect the Galaxy S6 Edge to carry a premium price over the Galaxy S6.
