The Galaxy Note III is so close we can almost taste it, and Samsung has done a surprisingly good job of keeping the highly-anticipated phablet under wraps in the weeks leading up to its big press event on Sept. 4. Today, however, we have a fresh batch of photos for you, showing off the handset’s front panel, again, though this time in white.
As you know, the Galaxy Note III is expected to launch in three color options—black, white and pink—but until today we had only seen the rumored phablet in its black shell. Thankfully, FoneFanatic appears to have scored a white copy of the device’s front panel and quickly shared it online. At first glance the photos look like renderings, but one picture comparing the panel to a coin confirms that this is likely the real thing.
The Galaxy Note III is expected to come equipped with a 5.68-inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 picels, a 3,200mAh battery, a 13-megapixel rear camera, and an S Pen stylus. Samsung’s new phablet will also be one of the first smartphones to run Android 4.3 out of the box with the company’s own TouchWiz UI on top.
TechnoBuffalo will be attending the Galaxy Note III launch in both Berlin and New York. Check back on Sept. 4 for our live and in-depth coverage.
