Just two weeks before its global debut, the Galaxy Note 9 is making an appearance online that doesn’t hide much of anything.
The latest leak, which comes from mobile industry insider Evan Blass, shows Samsung’s upcoming flagship in three different colors. Samsung will offer the Galaxy Note 9 in black, blue, and brown. Each color, however, could be limited to specific parts of the world.
While the black and brown variants have a matching S Pen, the Galaxy Note 9 in blue will switch its built-in stylus to yellow. The more exciting color combination could give Samsung a little more buzz than what this summer release would otherwise get.
Don’t rule out a matching smartwatch, either. The Galaxy Watch might arrive in the same colors. Between that and a multi-device wireless charging mat, Samsung seems eager to put fresh hardware on the market.
From the press render, we can tell Samsung will be sticking with a familiar formula. The Galaxy Note 9 should look a lot like its predecessor. As for the specifications, it should align closely with the Galaxy S9+ from earlier this year. The specs should be similar between them with the Galaxy Note 9 having a slightly different design.
Samsung will make the Galaxy Note 9 official on Thursday, August 9. Let’s hope there are still some surprises left by then.
