HTC’s One M9 is its current U.S. flagship and, now, it has a new competitor in the form of the Galaxy Note 5. Wondering how the two stack up? Well, save for the ultra premium designs offered by both, they’re very different smartphones.

The Galaxy Note 5 is equipped with a larger 5.7-inch Quad HD display, as opposed to the 1080p screen on the One M9. You have a 16-megapixel camera, which doesn’t sound as great as the 20-megapixel One M9 camera on paper, but we’ve been absolutely blown away by the performance of the same module on the Galaxy S6.

There are some unique features to both phones, too. The One M9 has front-facing BoomSounds speakers, for example, while the Galaxy Note 5 has an S Pen. Wondering what else is different? Look no further than the spec tables below.
