Hooo-nelly. This is the shootout to end all shootouts. What is currently one of the best-ever flagships—LG G3 review—now has some serious competition from Samsung, and you only have until October to decide which one deserves a spot in your pocket.
You probably already know everything there is to know about the G3; its Quad HD display, unique rear buttons, excellent design, and exceptional camera. Combine that with some really smart software, and you have an Android experience that is a cut above the current crop. But the Note 4 might change that.
The experiences of both phones are tailored slightly to different crowds. The G3 is obviously without a stylus, which means the Note 4 is a more capable and flexible device (in certain situations). The Note 4 also has the benefit of Samsung’s mighty marketing dollars, so you can bet it’ll get the push it deserves when it launches next month.
Still conflicted on which phone is better? Below is a raw, spec-for-spec breakdown between the G3 and Note 4. The thing about phones getting better is that it becomes that much harder to choose which one to buy.
