Over the stretch of E3, a lot of discussion swirled about the parity between platforms regarding Fallout 4 and its frame rate and resolution.

Well, wonder no longer. Bethesda has officially clarified the resolutions and frame rates for each platform. They did so on Twitter, likely because they were being flooded with questions regarding each stat point from fans around the world.

So, there you have it. Fallout 4 will be capped at 1080p and 30fps on both the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The tweet suggests those frames will be stable, though I imagine that could fluctuate between now and release. The cap is there, I’m sure, to guarantee solid performance.

As for the PC? It’s unlimited, as it should be. As high as your rig can run should be as high as the game goes. We’ll know minimum and recommended settings for Fallout 4 as they are announced.

Fallout 4 will launch for the PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on Nov. 10, 2015.
