Mirror's Edge

EA Access is a subscription service that's exclusive to the Xbox One, currently. It gives players a chance to play specific EA titles early, and it offers up a collection of older games in what's called the EA Access Vault. That Vault hosts games that are free to download for folks paying for the subscription service.

With backwards compatibility coming to the Xbox One this fall, EA is considering adding Xbox 360 games to the Vault. The service's official Twitter account indicated as much while responding to fan inquiry in a tweet. Here's the exchange.

The implications of this potential move are pretty big. EA Access currently sells for $4.99 a month. If the company is smart, they'll load the Vault up with old, popular 360 games like Mirror's EdgeDead Space and Battlefield: Bad Company. Having access to those in addition to current hits alongside early play for new games? That's a lot for $4.99 a month.

What do you think? Would a bunch of 360 games from EA in the Access Vault push you to consider subscribing?
