Apple vs Samsung - Rock em Sock em Robots

A Dutch court recently ruled that Apple is infringing on technology owned by Samsung and asked the Cupertino-based company to pay damages. "Samsung welcomes the court's ruling, which reaffirmed Apple's free-riding of our technological innovation," Samsung told BBC. The court did not disclose how much Apple will have to pay Samsung, but BBC said it will be related to how many iPad and iPhone devices have been sold in the Netherlands. The two companies are still locked in numerous legal battles around the globe. Apple successfully banned Samsung's local subsidiaries in Germany from selling the Galaxy Tab 10.1 and also temporarily prevented sales in Australia. The two firms have also failed to settle in the U.S.
