Disney’s latest live-action adaptation of a popular animated movie is Dumbo, and we have our first look at the movie with a short teaser. Much like the animated movie, we meet the little wondrous elephant with oversized ears that, unbeknownst to him, allow him to fly.

The movie is being directed by famed auteur Tim Burton, who by all accounts jumpstarted Disney’s obsession of remaking animated classics with the massively successful Alice in Wonderland adaptation eight years ago. This time around, he reins back the overuse of CGI and instead creates a quaint world inside of Dreamland, the circus where Dumbo lives.

About the only true CGI element of the movie seems to be Dumbo. We only get small snippets of the movie, with the final scenes revealing Dumbo’s otherworldly flying abilities. However, if you’ve seen the animated version, you know things are not as they seem in Dreamland.

The movie boasts an impressive cast that includes Danny DeVito, Colin Farrell, Michael Keaton and Eva Green.

Dumbo arrives in theaters in March 2019.
