Verizon and Motorola are gearing up to announce the DROID Turbo later this month, and it looks like the new smartphone could end up being a real monster of a device just in time for Halloween.

Today we’re getting another look at the upcoming DROID courtesy of Android Spin, which got its hands on a pair of photos showing the actual handset and what looks like an official list of specs.

The newly leaked pictures actually show the DROID Turbo after someone navigated to a list of specs within the Settings menu, and the hardware listed here pretty much matches what we’ve seen in previous leaks. The device should come equipped with a QHD 2560 x 1440-pixel display, 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. Unfortunately, it looks like the Turbo is still running Android 4.4.4 and not Google’s newly announced Android 5.0 Lollipop software.

We’re also expecting a 5.2-inch screen, a Snapdragon 805 processor, 3GB of RAM, a 21-megapixel camera and a 3900mAh battery. The DROID Turbo may also offer Quick Charge 2.0 technology and some of the same great software that comes pre-installed with the Moto X (2014). Like we said, this is gearing up to be a seriously impressive phone, though we’re also pretty sure it will be sold exclusively by Verizon.

We’ll have more on the DROID Turbo once it’s announced later this month.
