Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is back with a few more screenshots before it shows up big at Tokyo Game Show 2016 later this week. The sequel is being hyped as a bigger, better experience, not one held back by the previous generations of aged hardware.

And with this game, Bandai Namco is exploring the non-canonical films and side-stories of the Dragon Ball universe. Most obvious of them all is the twelfth Dragon Ball Z film, Dragon Ball Z: Fusion Reborn, with both the film’s villain Janemba and its hero, Gojita, making an appearance in the screenshots. Fans will also recognize Bardock, Goku’s father, from these shots, as well as the relationship between Future Trunks and Future Gohan from the alternate timeline in the Android Saga.

Making an appearance for the first time is fan-favorite fighter Android 16 and Cell in his most imperfect form. The rest of the images deal with how the custom avatar meddles with the canon and helps fix situations as they fall out of whack.

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 launches for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on Oct. 25. Stay tuned for live coverage from the floor of Tokyo Game Show 2016 this coming Thursday and Friday.
