Dragon Age Inquisition (6)

We can fight over which console is better on Internet forums all we want, but for the next few days, Xbox One owners have a trump card: six hours of Dragon Age: Inquisition.

If you're on Xbox Live and have opted into EA Access, BioWare's newest game is available now.

You'll be able to download the full game and play for six hours, and if you decide to purchase the game, your save data will carry over to the full copy. The six hour timer starts when you boot up the game and only ticks down while you play, so if you want to sip rather than gulp, you can stretch your time out.

"Members can download the trial through the EA Access Hub app on Xbox One and play BioWare's epic new RPG for six hours. Use this time to create your hero, start your story, and explore the living, open world of Thedas," says the site. "Or take on missions with your friends in Inquisition's cooperative multiplayer mode."

EA Access is $4.99 a month or $29.99 a year. In addition to the catalog of free EA games like Peggle 2, you'll also get 10 percent off all EA games and DLC through the Xbox Games store. If you're planning to play Dragon Age on consoles, $53.99 might be the best price you'll find on launch day.

Dragon Age: Inquisition hits shelves officially on November 18 for PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
