After a few years of people rolling their eyes at Call of Duty, Activision finally did something to get people talking again with Advanced Warfare. While it’s not a sequel to the beloved Nintendo franchise Advance Wars, it certainly looks more interesting than Call of Duty: Ghosts.
New screenshots posted today give us another look at the tech we saw in the initial reveal as well as some very small glimpses into the story.
The hoverbike is back, along with a few detailed shots of the exoskeleton technology worn by just about everyone in last week’s trailer aside from Kevin Spacey.
We also get a peek at some full-on power armor, which is sure to be just tons of fun to come up against during the campaign. A shot of some characters in isolation suits suggests some sort of biological warfare – it says biolab in the background – that could figure into the storyline of the game.
Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare is set for a Nov. 4 release on PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
